The Challenge
Hjernesagen came to us with a clear objective: to strengthen their membership foundation and build a better digital funnel to attract new members. At the same time, they were dealing with technical issues that made growth difficult - they had lost access to key parts of their Meta Business Manager, including their Facebook page and essential assets tied to their brand.
This meant they couldn’t run campaigns effectively, track their results, or confidently manage their presence on the platform. They needed not only a performance setup - but also a partner who could guide them through a cleanup and rebuild process with long-term stability in mind.
Our Role
We started by restoring order to their infrastructure. We rebuilt their Meta setup from the ground up: secured their accounts, reestablished ownership of lost assets, and implemented the right roles and security protocols to avoid similar issues in the future.
From there, we began mapping their funnel. We identified the key points in the user journey where new members could be reached, and then built campaigns specifically aimed at converting that interest into sign-ups. These campaigns were tailored to their tone of voice, brand values, and target audience - with clear tracking in place so we could monitor performance and adjust along the way.
Throughout the process, we didn’t just act as executors. We were involved as an ongoing strategic partner - advising on structure, creative, campaign timing, and how best to allocate resources toward long-term growth. Our focus was not just on short-term results, but on setting up a system Hjernesagen could rely on moving forward.

Since launch, we’ve continued to support Hjernesagen with guidance on paid strategy, funnel design, and campaign development. We’re also still involved in securing and maintaining their Meta setup - ensuring that what’s been built stays stable, scalable, and ready for future initiatives.
This collaboration is a great example of how even smaller setups can benefit from having the right structure, clarity, and strategy behind them - and how solving technical challenges early opens the door for meaningful digital growth.
